Clyde to Alexandra Road Races
The Course
The 10km Clyde Dam to
Alexandra Races start on the crest of the Clyde Dam and
heads down the
by-pass road through the
historic township of Clyde, past the hospital entrance and along
Muttontown Road to
the main highway, which runners and walkers then follow to the
outskirts
of Alexandra.
As well as the 10km run and walk, there is a 6km walk(open)and run(boys 16 and under) starting along the route to also finish on the road reserve, and 4km
and 2km off-road races for junior runners through the Pines starting at the road reserve on the outskirts of Alexandra.
